Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to site staff and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter, noting and reporting unusual activity and/or hazards; Monitor store activity to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or disorderly conduct, and promptly notify site management and/or law enforcement when needed; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts and assisting with crowd control during peak shopping periods; Complete routine reports and incident documentation, and communicate observations, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
