Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication and reporting channels.; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, loading areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance issues.; Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and assist with visitor and delivery processing in accordance with site requirements.; Complete detailed security-related reports and shift logs, document incidents and patrol activity, and coordinate with site contacts and local responders as directed.
