Plant Accountant / Controller (Manufacturing) – Full-Time

An established manufacturing facility is seeking a Plant Accountant / Controller to lead accounting operations and support the leadership team with financial oversight and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and prepare financial summaries; oversee periodic bank reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data, resources, and procedures; provide operational recommendations.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, & Accounts Receivable.
• Review manufacturing costs, overhead, and G&A expenses; recommend cost and absorption initiatives.
• Ensure accurate recording and analysis of revenue and expenses.
• Oversee physical inventory counts and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical accounting skills; proficiency in Office 365 and Excel (Epicor experience a plus).

Role located in Monett with a great culture and progressive team. Salary up to $125 but negotiable for ideal candidate.
