Department/Employer Operating Hours
7a-11p M-F; 11a-11p Sat/Sun
How many hours per week are required?
8-15 hours, minimum 2 nights per week and some weekends are required.
Description of Primary Duties
• Read and interpret room diagrams to assure proper set-up for events
• Set-up tables, chairs and meeting equipment
• Inspect equipment for damage, and communicate issues that need to be addressed
• Respond to requests from building managers and event coordinators
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as assigned
Required Qualifications
Applicants should be interested in all aspects of working in a customer-centered environment, and be able to manage several tasks simultaneously.

Applicants with daytime availability (primarily between 10am-3pm Monday-Friday) or more open availability will receive first consideration. Applicants available to start work the week of August 10, 2026 will also receive first consideration.
