Viva Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Responsible for the accurate and timely distribution and documentation of medication for residents in accordance with each residents physicians orders and applicable regulations.; Assist residents in maintaining their total wellbeing by following the established Plan of Care, providing assistance with activities of daily living, social activities, dietary assistance, and Viva Senior Livings philosophies.; Administer medication as directed by supervisor; Observe, supervise, and record resident self-administration of prescribed medications; Transfer relevant information to the next shift through the shift-to-shift verbal report
