Ross Stores - 3800 West Washita Street - Responsibilities: Open and close the store and supervise Associates when on duty; Ensure merchandise presentation is to standard and maintain a clean work area; Supervise Front End operations and cashier procedures to meet efficiency standards; Manage stockroom organization and back-stock merchandising; Assist in training and coaching Associates to maintain store performance
