Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, sales floor, parking areas, receiving zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or operational issues, and report observations through required documentation; Support loss prevention awareness by observing customer and visitor activity, following post orders, and assisting with security-related responses to disturbances, alarms, and/or emergencies; Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed
