A company is looking for a Head of Global Payroll to lead and scale payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end payroll processing for 1,600 U.S. & Canadian employees, including those with variable compensation structuresEnsure compliance with federal, state, and international payroll regulations while processing payroll accurately and efficientlyManage a payroll team and coordinate with external payroll providers in France, UK, Germany, and the NetherlandsRequired Qualifications12+ years of payroll experience, including leadership in a public company or complex environmentExperience managing payroll for large employee populations with variable compensation structuresExtensive experience with UKG and strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll regulationsExperience supporting month-end close processes and partnering with accounting teamsStrong internal controls mindset and familiarity with SOX environments
