A company is looking for a Senior Director of Credit Risk Oversight to lead their Second Line of Defense credit risk function in consumer lending.Key Responsibilities:Lead and evolve the 2LOD credit risk oversight framework, including policies and governance practicesOversee portfolio performance and identify emerging risks and opportunitiesDevelop and deliver portfolio risk reporting and insights to senior leadershipRequired Qualifications:12-15+ years of experience in credit risk management or consumer lendingSignificant experience in 2LOD or enterprise risk management rolesProven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiativesDeep expertise in credit underwriting and portfolio managementStrong knowledge of consumer banking regulations and supervisory expectations
