Additional Duties Or Job Functions That Can Be Performed Safely May Be Required As Deemed Necessary By Supervisory Personnel./h3pPrimary Job Responsibilities/pulliResponsible for the overall daily maintenance of the apartment community./liliMaintain all necessary equipment at the property./liliPerforms unit turnover maintenance on vacant units./liliPerform resident service calls promptly and efficiently./liliPerforms daily inspections of the property and mechanical equipment./liliPerforms preventive maintenance on necessary items./liliReport and communicate any maintenance needs to the Property Manager./liliAssists in maintaining inventory of parts and supplies./liliKeep a positive relationship with other staff members, vendors as well as residents./liliBe aware of and always operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety Health Act) standards and company safety policies./liliResponsible for thorough knowledge of management company policies and property community policies./liliUtilize work order systems for assignments, continuously updating the status of open work orders and closes out tasks once completed./liliPerforms rotating after hours on call duties when assigned./liliFamiliar with emergency shutoffs of utilities./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpSkills, Abilities and Knowledge Needed/pulliExcellent communication skills./liliOrganized and manages time well./liliExcellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) as well as previous experience with a Property Management Software./liliAbility to take direction and absorb information quickly./li/ul/div
