POSITION SUMMARY: As a Team Member - Cook, you would prepare and serve our guests. As part of this, you would help maintain a high-quality product by following our quality and safety standards.
Job Functions include:
- Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
- Restock front line with prepared, flavorful food during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety standards and practices.
- Monitor the quality of products and take appropriate actions to maintain that quality.
- Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, security policies, and procedures to provide a safe environment for all.
- Strive to exceed guest expectations.
- Be an ambassador for QDOBA.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.

- Starting Pay: $16.00*
- Must be at least 18 years old to cook over open flame grill.
- Conversational English, fundamental reading, writing, math and computer/POS skills are required.
- Enjoy responsibly mentoring other team members.
- Enjoy working in a fast-casual dining atmosphere.
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, walking/standing during entire shift, operate/access equipment at standard heights with occasional bending/stooping and reaching.
