We desire to give back to the community and to each other.Innovation & Uniqueness- We desire to be a true oasis in the region and embrace our identity.Honesty & Integrity- We believe in being truthful and transparent, while maintaining professionalism, to our associates and guests in all situations, even when the situation is difficult.ResponsibilitiesOur Floor Technician is responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the properties flooring.Responsibilities:* Maintains all floor equipment.* Public space and guest room carpet cleaning* Clean, strip, wax and refinish floors* Responsible for keeping the department storage room clean and organized* Assists in the receiving and storage of all equipment and supplies* Assists in various areas of the hotel housekeeping department as required.QualificationsRequirements:* Excellent time management skills* Strong organizational skills* A keen eye for detail.* Must have a positive, cheerful disposition* Experience with Terrazzo flooring preferred* Weekends are required. Shift is from 5:30a-2pmPhysical Requirements:* This position requires constant standing, forward reaching, and walking. Position also requires frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing and overhead reaching. Must be able to lift and carry 60lbs.Working Environment:* Must be able to adapt to all weather conditions.Miscellaneous RequirementsCandidate must be able to pass a physical through Carr Physical Therapy prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.
