divh2Base Camp Facilities Maintenance/h2pPOSITION SUMMARY: 3rd shift 11pm-7:30am Sun-Thurs./ppThe Base Camp Facilities Maintenance role is responsible for performing preventative, corrective and routine maintenance on the building systems and assigned equipment. This includes performing projects and response maintenance duties on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building finish skills./ppESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:/pulliPerforms preventative and repair maintenance for the building envelope and connected systems./liliPerforms routine maintenance on Data Center climate control and fire detection and suppression systems./liliSchedules and performs minor electrical maintenance consisting of replacing switches, replacing ballasts and lamps in lighting fixtures, and replacing motors./liliPerforms inspections and minor repairs to the building roofs and flashing. Performs routine building inspections, creates, and performs work orders./liliResponds to emergencies; serves as the primary contact for all facilities emergencies while on shift. (including but not limited to fire alarms, HVAC systems, and electrical issues)/liliCleans up spills, drain back up, roof leaks, etc./liliMaintains paint and touch ups throughout the building./liliSupports special events such as VIP visits and company assemblies./liliPerforms weather cleanup tree debris, snow removal, etc./liliCompletes site litter clean up as required./liliALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED/li/ulpSHIFT REQUIREMENT: 3rd Shift/ppEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:/pulliMinimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent/liliPreferred Degree: Trade, Tech or Vocational Education in Industrial Technology/liliYears of experience: Two or more years/li/ulpKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:/pulliA thorough understanding of general facilities maintenance along with a skill set that includes basic proficiencies in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems./liliElectrical (120-480v) with the ability to operate electrical testing equipment./liliAbility to operate scissor lifts and boom lifts./liliGeneral knowledge of HVAC, Carpentry, and Fire Suppression Systems./liliSkill commensurate with duties outlined above./liliFriendly demeanor, service-oriented attitude, and engaging communication skills./liliGood observation and follow-through skills./liliSufficient computer skill for work order fulfillment./liliAbility to read building plans./liliExcellent time management skills./li/ulpTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:/pulliLocal offsite properties with ability to operate company vehicles./li/ulpPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:/pulliRegular walks, standing, and lifting up to 50lbs./liliOccasional computer work and sitting./liliAbility to climb ladders and ability to work from elevated heights./li/ulpINDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT :/pulliPerforms tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation.
