What You'll Actually Be Doing

This is a field-based, in-home sales role where you'll:

• Run appointments with homeowners who've already expressed interest
• Walk properties and understand each situation
• Guide conversations and present straightforward offers
• Follow up and manage your pipeline like a professional
• Build trust quickly—and know when to ask for the business

Who This Role Is Built For

We've found the strongest performers typically come from:

• Solar sales
• Roofing or home services sales
• Car sales
• Insurance or outside sales roles
• Door-to-door or appointment-based sales

If you're someone who:

• Is confident running appointments
• Likes winning and being paid for performance
• Takes ownership without needing structure
• Can balance empathy with closing

—you'll likely do very well here.
