Do you have a passion for community tennis and a drive to help it thrive locally? The Springfield-Greene County Park Board is looking for a dedicated individual to lead its Community Tennis section. In this role, youll plan, organize, and oversee tennis programs and facilities while also serving as both an on-court instructor and program manageroffering a unique blend of hands-on teaching and leadership responsibilities. What to Expect: Leads the development and implementation of curriculum for Cooper Tennis Academy and Community Tennis programs. Facility management of Cooper Tennis Complex. Works collaboratively with colleagues to design programs and expand community outreach efforts. Recruits, hires, and trains instructional staff. Evaluates classes, providing ongoing training and performance feedback to teaching staff.
