Assist and Coordinate specific processes and procedures to help with the overall development of new stores, new distribution centers and renovation projects. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Assist with plan room documents and current project listings. Assist with the Proposal Request Process and assure the national account vendors and GCs have current plans and specifications. Coordinate the Warranty Process in MARS and assure warranty repairs are completed in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate the special projects in MARS and assure the records are updated accordingly. Coordinate TX ADA repairs and assure repairs are completed. Assist and Coordinate the hurricane panel installation process. Assist with the Weekly Progress Report Process. Review Change Order Requests for the proper documentation that supports the charges. Process Change Orders for payment. Process invoices for payment and request checks, when necessary. Complete all related tasks in Lucernex.
