Top Box Technician Modular Construction (Multiple Shifts Available)

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay: $18.00/hour for 1st Shift (Day) and $20.00/hour for 2nd Shift (Night) with $2.00 shift differential

Schedules:

• SundayWednesday: 5:00 AM5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM5:00 AM (2nd Shift)
• WednesdaySaturday: 5:00 AM5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM5:00 AM (2nd Shift)

Join Our Team at Creative Modular Construction (CMC)

TOP BOX Technicians build complete HVAC housing units, combining framing, electrical, interior/exterior finish, and metal roofing into a finished modular product.

What You'll Do

• Frame HVAC enclosures using metal studs
• Install electrical components and lighting
• Perform interior and exterior finishing
• Install metal roofing systems
• Ensure completed units meet quality standards

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in one or more trades preferred
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Team-oriented mindset
