OverviewPerimeter Behavioral of Springfield has an opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Account Manager. The position involves marketing in various areas of Joplin and surrounding Missouri, developing and maintaining referral sources, educating agencies about mental health services, and acting as a liaison between facility and referral sources. It is a remote work‑from‑home position with occasional reporting to the main facility.ResponsibilitiesInform, educate, and communicate program and services to Acute Behavioral Hospitals, Behavioral Health Clinicians, Professionals, Outpatient Centers, Human Services Agencies, Sister Facilities, and additional resources to increase patient flow.Responsible for marketing hospital services through daily contacts, building and maintaining accounts, developing and implementing detailed market plans.Maintain referral source database and record interactions; conduct mobile assessments for referrals and generate reports to compare trends.Set up and conduct education and networking events for professionals and patients.Act as a liaison between facilities regarding potential admissions and address concerns or questions from referral sources.Complete weekly and monthly statistical reporting, develop facility‑specific business plans to maintain Missouri hospital census and referral flow.Work closely with Director of Business Development and CEO of each facility.QualificationsBSN or Master's degree in Human Services or Behavioral Health preferred.2 to 4 years of experience in sales and networking with healthcare referral sources.Experience developing marketing strategies and programs including referral development, intake tracking, advertising, and public relations.Previous experience with behavioral health residential and acute services.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Valid driver license in the State of Missouri.Ability to travel in Joplin/surrounding area and other Missouri areas as needed.BenefitsService excellence and fulfilling work environment.401(k) plan and company match.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Life insurance.Paid Time Off.Mileage reimbursement.Supplemental insurance plans available.EEOWe are committed to providing an environment of diversity and inclusion where equal opportunities are available to all applicants and employees.
