This role is ideal for a proven leader with general construction experience who thrives in a hands‑on environment and is willing to travel to deliver high‑quality projects on schedule.The Field Lead serves as the on‑site leader during modular building sets, ensuring safety, coordination, communication, and quality from start to finish.
