Love's Travel Stops - - Responsibilities: Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance along with adherence to proper food safety procedures; Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation; Assist the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting; Work with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service; Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capitalize on opportunities
