Job Details

Build wooden crates, skids, and pallets for shipment Load and unload equipment, raw materials, and freight Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided if needed) Assist with grinding, washing tanks, and removing protective film Support shipping and receiving activities Gather parts and materials to maintain production flow Assist shop floor teams with general labor tasks Perform shop cleanup, including dumping scrap using forklifts Maintain safe, organized, and efficient work areas Perform additional duties as needed to support operations Qualifications Education High school diploma or GED preferred Experience & Technical Skills 2 years of manufacturing or shop experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Ability to read tape measures accurately Experience using hand and power tools Soft Skills Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills Professional, respectful interaction with coworkers and customers Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Physical...Helper, Helper, Shop, Operations, Retail
