The Global Sourcing Project Manager, closely partners with merchandising, supply chain, finance, and global sourcing teams to prioritize category opportunities, validate financial return, coordinate supplier enablement efforts and ensures initiatives move from planning to measurable business impact. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Category Strategy & Prioritization. Develop and maintain a rolling multi-year sourcing roadmap across product categories. Identify and prioritize initiatives based on savings potential, supply risk, and growth opportunity. Align sourcing programs with category margin and performance objectives. Financial & Business Case Leadership. Oversee landed cost analysis and total cost modeling.
