Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with badge checks, directional support, and other security-related screening procedures as required by the location.; Support site operations by communicating with staff, contractors, and/or first responders during routine activities and unexpected events, while maintaining detailed and accurate records.
