Job Details

Anticipates client needs and develops potential solutions; adapts quickly to business changes. Represents the team at broader planning and coordination sessions (e.g., Scrum of Scrums). Supports the team in using agile planning and development tools (Azure DevOps). Contributes to the advancement and improvement of agile practices within the organization. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Two to four years of Agile experience. ?Additional Qualifications:Knowledgeable in concepts of continuous integration and test-driven development (TDD). Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (kanban, scrum, etc.). Proven track record for successfully leading projects with varying degrees of complexity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills. Effective problem-solving skills, even for complex projects.
