Load new professional customer accounts and perform maintenance and updates to existing active and special term accounts. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Ability to quickly and accurately input and pull account data. Create professional customer accounts. Maintain existing account data for professional customers including updates of addresses, base stores, phone numbers, email addresses, account types, paperless options and terms. Provide references upon request from existing professional customers. Organize and gather data for new store openings and acquisitions, which includes reviewing sales data, past due status, account information for completeness, researching existing or duplicate accounts and pulling credit reports as needed.
