Delaware North - - Responsibilities: Prepare food to comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures; Prepare a variety of different foods for our Suites including ballpark classics like burgers and hot dogs as well as steaks, grilled chicken, pastas, vegetables, etc.; Keep workstations, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked; Use waste control guidelines and record all waste on the spoilage sheet; Perform opening, closing, and side work duties and end-of-day inventory
