Getting licensed is an important milestone. Turning that license into a confident, consistent real estate business is where the right brokerage makes the difference.
At ReeceNichols Real Estate in Southern Missouri, newly licensed agents and agents still in school are supported with focused training, accessible leadership, and practical tools designed to help you learn the business the right way from the start.
Why Join ReeceNichols Real Estate?
Four-Week New Agent Advantage Program: Begin with a four-week structured program focused on real-world contracts, negotiation, client conversations, and transaction flow. The goal is to help you gain confidence quickly and understand how deals actually work in today's market.
Direct Access to Brokers: Southern Missouri offices are led by brokers who actively sell real estate. Their hands-on experience means you learn from professionals who are working in the market every day and available to guide you through early transactions.
Mentorship and Ongoing Support: Support does not end after training. Brokers and experienced agents are accessible for questions, contract review, and transaction guidance as you continue to grow.
Professional Tools From Day One: Agents receive CRM access, pre-built marketing resources, a personalized website and mobile app, and market data tools so you can focus on learning the business and serving clients instead of building systems.
We've designed our culture around supporting new agents so they can focus on what matters: learning the business, serving clients authentically, and building lasting relationships.
