Summary: The Lead Mill Operator plays a critical role in supporting custom timber and hardwood orders by safely and efficiently operating and setting up a variety of woodworking machines. This role is ideal for an experienced mill professional who values quality, safety, and teamwork while helping train others and maintain high operational standards. Primary Duties: Operate and set up woodworking machinery, including: 24" horizontal timber re-saw 24" four-sided planer Straight line hardwood rip saw Newman hardwood planer Read and interpret tape measures accurately to meet order specifications.
