ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Responsible for the staffing, evaluating, discipline, coaching, and goal setting for the Training Administrative team. Diplomatically take and resolve calls from the field regarding Rock the Call, Never Say No, and Fast. Track. Supervise Rock the Call surveyors and hold surveyors accountable by reviewing completed surveys for accuracy and policy compliance. Responsible for the staffing, evaluating, discipline, coaching, and goal setting for the Training Administrative (phone surveyor) team. Assist with identifying monthly survey items using OReilly Parts System and paper catalogs. Identify any program problems and report for resolution.
