Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, staff, and leadership team members. Represent Burrell Behavioral Health in a professional, collaborative, and respectful manner. Schedule and reschedule client appointments as needed. Complete client intake paperwork accurately and efficiently. Collect client cost shares for appointments. Work with providers to manage cancellation lists and reschedules. Maintain and update provider cancellation lists. Accurately complete daily deposit logs. Scan documents into client charts. Qualifications:A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong computer skills. Excellent typing skills.
