What Youll Do:Directly lead and manage HR Operations Division, including payroll, HRIS and benefits program areas. Administration of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), performance management system, electronic forms processing, etc. Partner with HR colleagues, City leadership, employees, and external stakeholders to drive impactful HR initiatives that support staff at every level.
