The Quality Technician assists the Quality team with implementation of company-wide operations procedures and process to support the overall Quality Assurance plan. This role support Quality improvement throughout the shop floor and within the team concept. Participate as cross-functional team member within assigned goal-oriented team responsibility. Responsibilities:Inspection of incoming materials & components, ABEC manufactured items, and assembled systems in order to ensure conformance to established quality standards and all related quality documentation requirements. Conduct in-process inspections and prepare reporting documents as required during manufacturing. Conduct Walk Downs of systems using the Job Data file to ensure completeness and accuracy of data. Involvement as requested during Pre-FAT activities. Final Inspection of Vessel & Systems for approval of packaging/crating of equipment.
