Find your calling at Mercy! Responsible for the daily operations of all supply chain functions conducted within specific Mercy Communities. The Executive Director is also responsible for recommending and developing process improvement initiatives that support the Unified Supply Chain efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, integration of supply chain services with the hospitals primary functions, implementation of policies and procedures that guide or support services, assess and improve supply chain performance, and ensure orientation and continuing education of appropriate team members. This position works closely with Senior Leadership, Mercy Strategic Supply Chain, and local facility leadership.
