The Salvation Army (Central) - 1707 West Chestnut Expressway - Responsibilities: Inspect facilities/grounds regularly and take appropriate action; Maintain facility grounds to include yard work, trash removal, snow removal; Maintain equipment, appliances, furniture and facilities: to include but not limited to plumbing, electrical, drywall, plaster, painting, basic HVAC upkeep, minor remodeling and flooring; Operate and maintain all equipment at the corps and the quarters; Respond to emergencies as necessary
