Position Responsibilities:The sales support administrator will provide support to the Sales teams and liaise with the Procurement team. Obtain purchase orders from Sales Rep (or produce a pro forma) and enter in NetSuite within 24 hours. Assist sales team with follow-up including order confirmations and bookings. Maintaining and updating customer profiles in Netsuites. Monitor remaining contract balances upon order entry.
