The Specialist will assist the Environmental Health and Safety team with monitoring and coordinating programs to ensure a safe work environment for team members and customers. This role will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental, health and safety regulations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Create and update Hazardous Material Inventory Statements (HMIS) and any other related materials required by local, state and federal regulatory agencies. Maintain regulatory calendar to ensure all required environmental reports and filings are submitted in a timely manner. Maintain the Risk Management safety & environmental database to track regulatory activities throughout the company. Provide OSHA, EPA or other regulatory agency inspection responses prior to deadlines.
