- Schedule: M-F 4-10/HR shifts.
- Call Type: NA
- General CRNA, ENT Only - No Peds, No OB, No Cardiac
- Care Model: Supervision
- Licensed in MO required
- EMR: PAPER CHARTING
- Credentialing timeframe: 6 weeks
- $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
