Job Summary
The Varsity Assistant Football Coach is to support the Head Coach in leading and developing the high school football program. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for the sport, a commitment to student-athlete development, and the ability to work within a team of coaches to promote a positive, competitive, and respectful athletic culture.
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience coaching football (preferably at the high school or collegiate level)
Strong knowledge of football rules, techniques, and strategies
Ability to effectively communicate and lead adolescents
First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
