General Labor / Production Associate

Starting Pay: $20.00/HR
12-Hour Day Shift | Overtime Available

We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a General Labor / Production position in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a physically demanding role with plenty of overtime opportunities available.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Fridays: Typically 8-hour shifts if needed to finish production

• Saturdays: Occasionally required depending on workload

Your first day will begin at 8:00 AM for orientation with our Safety Specialist. After orientation, regular shift hours will begin at 6:00 AM.

Job Duties:

• Throwing and handling 50 lb bags repeatedly

• Shoveling, sweeping, and general cleanup

• Assisting with production and warehouse tasks

• Working in dusty, dirty, and physically demanding conditions

Work Environment:

This is not a climate-controlled environment. Employees should expect:

• Hot conditions during the summer

• Cold conditions during the winter

• Dirty and physically intensive work

Requirements:

• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs

• Steel-toed boots required

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
