Job Description Job Description Assembly Operator - Production Associate (Machine Operator-Assembly)2A shift - Mon-Fri 2p-1030p overtime as needed2B Shift - Sun-Thur 6p-230a overtime as needed up to 6a3rd Shift - Sunday thru Thursday 10:00pm-6:30pm with Shift Differential - overtime as neededJob Summary – Produce finished good products for automotive clients by operation of welding machines and robotics.Duties and Responsibilities:Produce parts at scheduled JPH (jobs per hour)Maintain a safe and clean work environment (5S)Lift and place automobile parts on jig for robot weldingComplete production paperwork as required.Read and follow written operational standards and processes.Knowledge of current machinery/equipmentAbility to work effectively and communicate with all levels of Topre and related departments.Written and Verbal communication skills.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of current machinery/equipmentAbility to work effectively and communicate with all levels of Topre and related departments.Written and Verbal communication skills.Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, etc.)Basic math skills required.Special requirements:Must be available to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.Must be able to stand, walk, and bend 100% of the time.We are seeking an Assembly Operator Position to become an integral part of our team!
