We keep 28 Wendy's locations across Ohio running, and we need a technician who knows their trade well enough to manage a route independently. You get the van, the tools, the parts, and the trust to handle it.No micromanagement. No one riding your schedule. You don't need to be managed closely. You take the work seriously.Beyond that:High school diploma or GEDHVAC and Refrigeration certification (required)5+ years of hands-on HVAC/refrigeration experienceProficient with hand tools, power tools, and technical manualsAble to read blueprints and building plansValid driver's license with a clean recordAble to stand, climb, crawl, and lift 50 lbs as neededNot checking every box?
