This is a high-visibility Plant Controller opportunity at a 250+ employee manufacturing site. You'll lead plant accounting and finance while partnering closely with operations to drive performance, accountability, and smart business decisions. What you'll own Financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis Cost accounting, inventory, AP/AR, and internal controls Audit support and compliance ERP/general ledger oversight and process improvement What they're looking for Bachelor's degree required; Accounting preferred 5+ years of accounting/finance experience Manufacturing experience preferred but not required!
