The role involves providing prescribed radiation treatments to patients, utilizing sophisticated equipment such as Elekta Versas, Varian HDR, and Cyberknife. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. Job Details: Location: Springfield, Missouri Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM); schedule may depend on patient load Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (AHA) only; ARRT and RRA preferred Experience: Minimum of 2 years Radiation Therapy experience in a hospital setting, including linac treatment setup and imaging patients Equipment Used: Elekta Versas; Varian HDR; Cyberknife; Radixact (installing by August 2024) EMR Systems: Mosiaq and EPIC Patient Types: Inpatient and outpatient Skills: Good communication skills required; background in linac treatment, patient setup, and imaging preferred Float Requirements: None Additional Information: Member of the Radiation Therapy Treatment Team responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering radiation therapy treatments using advanced equipment. Candidates must adhere to facility dress code (black scrubs) and present their license on the first day. Flu vaccination or approved exemption required; all contingency requests must be on the submission form.
