Viva Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Distribute and document medications for residents in accordance with physician orders and regulations; Assist residents with activities of daily living and daily care; Supervise and care for residents on a daily basis and provide support in dining and mobility tasks; Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor and document in logs; Participate in in-service educational programs and perform other duties as required
