About the Role

As a Multi-Unit Area Supervisor, you will lead and support the operations of four McDonald's restaurants in the Marionville, MO area. Reporting directly to the Owner/Operator, you'll coach General Managers, develop high-performing teams, and ensure consistent restaurant performance that aligns with McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role plays a key part in driving sales, operational excellence, and long-term team development. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance with health regulations, launching new initiatives, conducting monthly operational reviews, auditing cash and security processes, and guiding performance evaluations across all management levels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead restaurant teams to achieve operational goals, including sales growth, labor control, food cost, and profit margins

Monitor performance reports and implement strategic action plans

Recruit, train, and develop strong management teams at each location

Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and brand consistency

Maintain compliance with McDonald's systems, policies, and safety standards

Travel regularly between locations to provide hands-on support and coaching

Oversee staff performance reviews and professional development plans

Promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all employees and guests

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience

Multi-unit supervision experience strongly preferred

McDonald's experience highly valued

Hamburger University graduate is a plus

High school diploma required; college degree preferred

ServSafe Certification (preferred)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills

Open availability, including weekends and various shifts

Proficient with restaurant technologies and operational systems

Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000$65,000, plus a performance-based bonus program.
