The average first-year income for an entry level agent with our agency is $50,000 per year. Management roles average $90,000+ per year. There is also an opportunity for growth in many directions. In addition to great initial income, you are paid renewals for the lifetime the programs you initiate, with 100% lifetime vesting after 10 years of service.
