Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or unauthorized access.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted or sensitive utility-related areas.; Support daily site operations by communicating with employees, visitors, contractors, and/or first responders while following post orders and location protocols.
