Viva Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Provide direct care to residents and contribute to continuity of care and effective communication by reporting care provided and changes in the resident's condition to the Resident Care Director immediately; Assist residents with lifts, moves, and transports using proper body mechanics or lifting devices for accident prevention; Respond to inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff promptly and courteously within policy; Be knowledgeable of individualized care plans and provide support according to the care plan; Promote a homelike environment and protect residents' rights while reporting any abuse or policy violations
