Scratch & Co. – Now Hiring Line Cooks Springfield, MO

Scratch & Co. is building a high-energy, hospitality-driven team in the Plaza Towers District. We are seeking skilled, motivated line cooks who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a line cook, you will play a critical role in executing high-quality dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to Scratch & Co. standards.
• Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Assist with prep work and station setup/breakdown.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and FOH teams.
• Support overall kitchen operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Food safety knowledge is a plus.
