Job Title

MCA has been a prominent name in the motorcycle world for over 20 years, with locations in Altendiez, Diez, and Frankfurt. They are a contract dealer for Ducati, Honda, Vespa, Aprilia 125, Piaggio, KTM, and MV Agusta. In addition to selling new vehicles from their contract brands, they also buy and sell well-maintained used motorcycles of all brands.

Their services range from modifications, restorations, and tuning using their own performance test stand to parts, accessories, motorcycle clothing, and many other offers related to motorcycles. This includes motorcycle rentals, safety, and racing track training.

Duties

• All tasks in the warehouse with spare parts and accessories for motorcycles and racing motorcycles
• Warehouse booking
• Consultation and sale of spare parts/accessories to customers
• Processing of customer inquiries (direct contact, telephone, email, online shop)
• You approach customers and colleagues in a friendly, open, and sympathetic manner, take their wishes and questions seriously, and thus live up to customer orientation and service quality at a high level.
• Through careful and targeted care, you promote the binding of customers to our house and thus contribute to the economic success of the company.
• Please note that for this position in parts distribution, primarily a sales-oriented and customer-friendly personality is sought. The task mainly includes sales and consulting activities in the parts distribution area and not the operation of forklifts or similar warehouse vehicles.
